Oil lamp, 1 of 2

No idea about this, other than it was acquired by the previous owner (now deceased) in either Egypt or Iraq in the 1950s or 60s.  Any help would be appreciated.

Islamic period (probably Abbasid Dynasty), 8th - 9th centuries AD, from the Levant.

wonderful lamp, you can see the early byzantine influences, and that green enamel is just the cherry on top :)
