The Obverse looks like a couple of men standing with Roman Legion standards!

The Reverse badly worn has a right facing Emperor.

the coin is a GLORIA EXERCITUS with two standard issued between 330 and 337 ad
the design seems pretty crude so it could be a western mint or an imitative coin
