When i saw this coin  i couldn't avoid getting it. The best specimen of this rare issue i have ever seen.

Constantine I as Augustus nummus, struk by Constantine I at Ticinum in 326-327

O//: CONSTAN-TINVS AVG, laureate,  bust right.
R//: DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG, campgate with six layers and arches with dots in uppermost layer. Q palm branch T in exergue.

RIC VII Ticinum 205, R5.

The different signs of the mintmarks are most interesting, the camp gates not really,
though this is a very nice example.

Nikko -awesome! Out of the 4 officina for Ticinum, of which all are very scarce, super nice examples of Q are tough. A perfect example from Q I have never seen! Do you have a S?

Surfing the net, it looks hard to find RIC 205 specimens (and this is the only one i have ever seen from officina Q), while RIC 198 appears relatively much more common.

Gavignano, i also have a nice example of RIC 198 from officina S.
