Unknown Islamic (Ayyuubid?)

Hi All,

I can't recognize this AE27/5.6g Islamic issue. First though was about Ayyubid falus, but I can't find something similar in "The coinage of the Ayyubids".
I suppose that interpretation of the marginal legend can explain the dynasty, ruler, date and mint. Unfortunately, I can't read it.
Please help me to ID this coin.
