D.SILANVS overstrike

The coin below is very curious. It is a silver denarius overstrike yet I cannot see how it is either a double-struck or a flip-over double-struck coin.

Can anyone recognise the undertype / orientation?

Great - thank you! The rotated double strike is very clear from your photo. Thanks for your work in colour-shading the picture to bring it out. It's an interesting coin.
