Looks to me like an Ottoman dirham from the Baghdad mint from around the time of Selim II
(1566-74 AD).  I've attached a photo of a Selim II dirham from my collection that shows the Baghdad mint name very clearly in the circle on the obverse but has a different style of inscription on the reverse.  My coin's measurements are 3.77 g, 22 mm.
