Hi;
i cannot find this coin in AE20 size. It appears to be ==

Diademed, radiate head right / BASILEWS ANTIOCOU QEOU EPIFANOUS, Apollo, naked, bow in left hand, drawing arrow from quiver behind his shoulder with right hand.

Are you sure the bottom line is EPIFANOUS?

Not Antiochos IV, but a much later type of Demetrios III, Eukairos.

Seleukid Kings of Syria, Demetrios III Eukairos, 97-87 BC.
Radiate, diademed and bearded head of Demetrios III, r /  ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ ΘΕΟΥ/ ΦΙΛΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ, Nike advancing right, holding wreath and palm,
date below, Damaskos mint, HGC 9, 1309.

Another example of the type,

Hi Rover;
Very good! Thank you for your conclusion. Could you please tell me what the large 'N' in field left represents?

You are welcome.
These "field marks" are one of the big mysteries of Greek coinage.
It is believed they are initials of moneyers, or sequence marks, or mintmarks, or... everything!

My conclusion is that their role, is to remember us how little we know on ancient coins...  :)

best regards,

rover
