21mm Greek helmeted athena

I have had this coin for quite some time, originally from an uncleaned lot.   I haven't really found a match on it yet though. It is between 20-21mm Obverse Helmeted head of Athena, and I'm still not sure on the reverse or the location of this coin. Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Thanks Rover!   Come to think of it I did get the coin in a group of others that I identified from the Seleucid region.
