Hello,

Similar coins that came along with this one were attributed to Mustafa IV.  Will someone please help me attribute this coin?

Weight suggests  denomination is 5 para?

Regnal year 116? can be only 1168 AH,
thus Othman III. Misr mint.

i think part of the die was filled that s why the 8 (inverted V) looks more like a 1

but you can see the faint remains
