Looks like a new die combination:

rev. Hristova/Jekov (2011) No. 6.32.36.28
HG OVM TEREBENTINOV MARKIANOPOLITWN (1st OV and WN ligate)
Homonoia with cornucopiae and patera stg. l., l. before her a flaming altar
obv. Hristova/Jekov (2011) No. 6.32.36.27
AVT KM AVR CEVH - ALEZANDROC
Bust, draped and cuirassed, seen from behind, laureate, r.

not in AMNG, not in Varbanov (engl.)

Best regards

OK, I thought it was Varbanov I, 1695. But I was unsure of the bust since it is seen from behind. I did not know if Varbanov distinguishes this as a seoarate variety. It looks to be a reverse die match to the picture used for Varbanov 1694.
I haven't deciphered the legend yet. Waiting till its in hand.

Just a general question, are the divots or little holes in the center of the coin for die alinement?

One theory is that they were made by a compass used to make a circle before engraving the die.
Oddly enough they seem to appear on coins of Moesia (especially Nikopolis and Markianopolis) more than anywhere else.
