Small bronze coin ID needed

Hallo,

Can someone help me to identify this coin.
On the revere I see  :Greek_Pi::Greek_Lambda:

It has a weight of  3,10 gram and diameter of 14 mm

All help is appreciated,

Looks greek to me. Altar with fire or rising serpeant rev.

It is a tripod on the reverse.

But there is a huge number of different types with a head on the obverse and a tripod on the reverse  :-\.

And in my eyes the letters on the left of the tripod are  :Greek_Xi: :GreeK_Sigma:. At least the  :Greek_Xi: seems rather clear.
