I like it as is. There isn't really much to gain by cleaning this coin. Maybe removal of some dirt from only the high spots for better contrast, but leaving the dirt in the fields is imo the way to go with this coin

I don't see anything to clean. If you remove the sand on it it will not look better but you will lose contrast.

I would leave it be as everything is fully visible and not bad looking as it stands currently.

I agree too.  These Middle Eatsern provincials are generally fairly low relief and furthermore it has the typcial pitted surface.  Cleaned of all dirt it will not look half as nice.

despite all the replys i decided to put the coin under Binocular and  to start cleaning

I think the coin will get nicer you will see the result in a few days (1-2)

Is there a bigger 'before' picture? It would help to say how much was cleaning and how much 'restoring'.

The tools are double end pin vise with sharpened {around 45degree } needle and my Binocular
The 'restoring' is only for repatina--- areich
I scrape the layer of rust and small chunks mm by mm on the surface  abut 35-45 minutes for one side {this coin}
