NI-KA-IE- :Greek_Omega:N between three standards.

This is prbably on Helvitia's Page of three standards but I have gotten lost in the translation form Greek to English. Thanks for the help

I think I question is how does the obv. ledgand read in English. Depending on how it reads depends on the BMC # and I can not translate the legand to English. Thank you for your help.

The obv. legend is M AVR CEV ALEZANDROC AV =  M[ARKOC] AVR[HLIOC] CEV[HROC] ALEZANDROC AV[GOVCTOC]
Latin = MARCVS AVRELIVS SEVERVS ALEXANDER AUGVSTVS
