I have looked over Helvetica's help Page but am at a loss

You can make out on the obvers ledgen CO*ST-DN

and the rev. in ex  :Greek_Pi_2: or P then :crescent: T

I have this listed as a Ticimum mint RIC VII 122 but I don't think I am right any help welcomed. Thank you in advance.

I am guessing the obverse legend may be CONST-ANTINVS AVG which is Ticinum 122 as you have it listed. Might the mint mark be P crescent T?
