My guess (and it is only a guess) is that it is an Ottoman akche.

there s a few combination as we cant really be sure of the first number

it could be 979

i d be inclined to say that the dot is a 0 , that s why i d suggest 790ah

the most important thing however is trying to work out the mint name

I can only see a nine. Arabic is written from right to left. If the dot were a 0 the Hegira date would be 0971.And there is no possibility of another number after the 1.
Of course the mint is important,but the exact date too IMHO.

only the text is written right to left , the date is written left to right like ours

It appears to be an Ottoman akche of Mehmet II (second reign) struck at the mint of Ayasuluk and dated 867 AH.  Inscriptions: "Mehmet bin Murad Khan 'azz nasrahu 867(?)" / "Khallad mulkahu zarb Ayasuluk".  Mehmet's name is very indistinct at the top of the obverse, but it couldn't be anything else.  The mint name is very clear.  Ayasuluk is a fortified hill near Izmir, traditionally the burial place of St. John the Apostle.  Nice coin!
