What kind of corrosion is this on this coin?
Is there a way to remove it?

The red spots are cuprous oxide (Cu2O). They often cover pits in the metal and also may turn into bronze disease in presence of chlorides and humidity.

Nope. As Snegovik "they often cover pits in metal"...this means that if you get rid of the pink, you will be left with a divot in the coin. Some will be shallow, others will be deep. All will detract from a decent coin.

You need to keep the coin in a dry place and check it once in a while. If the spots turn green or start expanding, a bronze disease treatment needs to be applied.
