I think Commodus, RIC 472 perhaps. Both he and Marcus Aurelius struck this type, but what I can see of the legends appear to fit Commodus.

The date TR P XX and VIC PAR on the shield on the reverse fit Marcus only and exclude Commodus, however. Commodus only got to TR P XVIII and never achieved a Parthian victory.

Good eye, Curtis! You were able to decipher considerably more of the legend than I.

Obv: M AVREL ANTONINVS AVG ARM PARTH, laureate head right
Rev: TR POT XX IMP IIII COS III, Victory holding palm and placing shield with incscription VIC PAR on palm-tree

RIC 931, Cohen 807, if Victory is standing front, head right
RIC 934, Cohen 810, if Victory is standing right

In both cases struck summer-Dec. AD 166
