Trying to find the RIC number on this. I think it's a Rome mint. Anyone?

Mintmark RP = Mint of Rome. For references you should take a look at Wildwinds and learn to identify a coin for yourself ! -----> http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/constantine/t.html

here you can see Rarity Ratings, but must know that are no longer reliable in most cases!

RIC 232 is rated S, but RIC 237 Officina P is rated C3. So this coin is as common as can be, according to RIC.

Your coin was minted A.D. 312.

@justusmagnus: Using wildwinds for attributing is misleading in this case. You will see that RIC 232 has RP in exergue and RIC 237 RT or RQ. In fact RIC 237 can show RP in exergue as well, and in this case is indistiguishable from RIC 232. Knowing the fact that the offinina normaly doesn't affect the RIC number, without looking up RIC I would have thought that either RIC Rome 232 or 237 is misattributet on wildwinds.

Sorry, Stefan. I didn't indentify any RIC number of this coin. I only tried to encourage Foro Di Mario, to identify his coins for himself. Wildwinds or acsearch are offering excellent possibilities for this purpose.  ;)
