Help on this one please!

This is the other heavily worn bronze I came across.  It appears to be a star pattern made in divets on one side and the other I can't make out much at all.   It is almost 10mm. Any suggestions?

Best,  Noah

Well, I know little about tokens from the period, so I have no idea.  Any ideas or confirmations?

One side seems to be level polished. The other side perhaps is showing something like a star. So this coin could be used as a token or gaming piece for a popular roman board game called "Ludus XII (duodecim) Scriptorum (twelve points game) or a similar game.
