The reverse shows some small encrustations and impacted dirt bitties among the letters, as well as some slight 'strains' in the metal from the striking process, those are generally pretty solid signs of authenticity. A few small scratches (probably associated with cleaning) are also visible around the reverse letters, too.

More likely authentic than not imho, but the photograph makes it very suspicious. Stripped patina combined with residual dirt does not help either. Another photo would be helpful..
