Is this Antoninus Pius? I can see it in the inscription but can't seem to find it in the forum.

It isn't Antoninus Pius, but L. Septimius Bassianus, better known as Caracalla, the son of Septimius Severus. I'am not sure. Is it an AR Denarius or an AE Limes Denarius, one of those ancient imitations from the roman border regions ?

AR or Limes Denarius (?). Struck 202 AD. ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate and draped bust right, seen from behind / VICTORIA PARTH MAX, Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm. RIC IV 145; BMCRE 298; RSC 661.

It is bronze and not silver. So does that make this a Limes Denarius?

Correct. So it must be an Limes Denarius. Otherwise it could be another form of an ancient Denarius imitation, the so called "Fouree" or silver plated Denarius (with a Bronze core). But as I can see, this coin wasn't silver plated in the past.
