Not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you making reference to Juan Cayón's works in Spanish on Roman bronzes (Los Sestercios del Imperio Romano, etc.) or is this Cayon a seller?
When asking about a coin, weight and diameter would be helpful.

Also, it is not necessary to make duplicate posts on different boards.

Ok, I'm sorry.
Tha Cayon Auction says it is a quadrant of Catago Nova.

But it is impossible for any issue that comes out of this type.
This coin, I can not find it anywhere.  :( I need help, please ..

Thanks, best regards.... .....

It looks genuinely ancient and the weight is given as 2.8g, which is in the right range for a quadrans of the period (given as being 50-30 BC). I can't find any others, either. Someone else may know more about the type and better answer your question. Thanks for the link -- that helps a great deal.

Seeing as there is no value on the coin anywhere, I wonder whether this may not be a coin at all, but a token, rather like the spintria, but instead of - well, you know what I mean - you get your horse shod, or your sword sharpened at a local blacksmith called Macis Maximus.

Typology suggests it is related to the two preceding lots which are attributed as Al.Bg 436.  The linking themes the hammer and the circular item described as a shield by Burgos.  I have doubts on the latter.

Al.Bg  = Alvarez Burgos La moneda hispanica desde sus origenes hasta el siglo V. Madrid. 1987.

I know nothing about the type, but they sure look like tokens to me, associated in some way with either metal working, or the Roman dated silver mines in the hinterland of Carthago Nova. Maybe the workers got one of these, which they exchanged for lunch at the canteen? :)

The instruments shown at the reverse, reminds me anyhow (even if it seems a little bit far-fetched at first) of an Denarius of T. Carisius with Roman mint tools at the reverse.

I mean the following Denarius: T. Carisius. Circa 46 BC. MONETA, Head of Moneta right / T. CARISIVS above minting implements, all within wreath: wreathed cap of Vulcan, resembling reverse die, above moneyer’s anvil between tongs and hammer. Cr. 464/2, Syd. 982B, Sear CRI 70, Carisia 1a, FFC 543.

On the other hand, hammer and tongs are typical signs for Vulcanus.
