The reverse is so completely wrong in so many ways.  The coin is concerning on the highest of levels.

Looks like a modern cast, wrong style and fabric.  I don't even think i've ever seen that type of portrait on any ptolemaic silver. 

What is it being sold as?

I'm too. If it is not fantasy, a portrait seems like Nikomedes of Bithynia, or not?

I would have thought he's already on there, he is very notorious on the German forum.
