I have seen the provicial Nicopolis ad Istrum version, but can' find a Roman mited coin, any help will be great 24mm

Deultum has its legends in Latin, so not Hermes but Mercur*.
Temper thy haste with sloth -- Taverner / Erasmus.

For Deultum on diadumenian.com there is no coin with Mercur and caduceus

D. Draganov, The Coinage of Deultum, 2007, no. 183, using obv. 30 and rev.320 (Pl. 14).  In Draganov's 2005 SNG Bulg. 1, Deultum, based also on the Bobokov collection, fewer die combinations are illustrated, and for this one the ref. would be no. 182 on pl. 13.
