strange exergue/Antonius Pius

This antonius pius sliver denarius shows COSIII in exergue. This mint is not in the list on this forum, Could someone entlighten me?

Reverse legend seems: FORTVNA OBSEQVENS COS III,
consular year in exerque.

I own one of these, and my in ex. of the Consular year is not readily legible either, I like these coins, as for the mint this is an Imperial denarius struck in Rome, not all exergue inscriptions are mint marks.

I see COS IIII in exergue, which makes this coin a scarce but standard issue.
