I can't seem to find a match for this Hadrian. Not in the best shape but hopefully attributable. Thanks

This is actually not CONCORDIA but IVSTITIA.  I do not have the RIC number, but here is a similar issue, with a commoner right-facing portrait:

The left facing bust is what's hanging me up on the attribution. Thanks for the REV info. Scott
