I think I see F L IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C, making it Constantius II as Caesar.

Reverse exergue looks like you could figure it out in good light. It certainly looks like it begins with an SM, which means it could be SMAN... or SMH... or SMK... or similar followed by an officina letter or symbol.

A proper attribution for this campgate will require you to work out that mint mark.  :)
