Strange patina 300-400 AD

This coin was found with a metaldetector in France. Other coins in the same area had a Siscia mint mark. I don't understand how the patina looks to strangely green.Any tip to the identity of this coin?

Probably a Constans half-centenionalis (though the type does exist for Constantius II also); no telling which mint in this case alas.
