Help with Hygeia Reverse

22mm and 4.2gm.  Bust of Severus / Hygeia with long snake.  Obv. inscription AVKLCEPCEVHROC.  Rev. .........WN..  In field left  R?  Field right  III.   Any ideas much appreciated.

Still hard, ancientone ! I can see IKO, but next letters are not clear. Of course it could be Nicopolis but maybe it's not stupid to look at Nicomedia.
