Celtic Potin ?Tolosates?
« on: January 20, 2010, 07:06:39 pm »
this little potin 13mm and about.7g
I'vhard of these wheel potin described as from the Tolosates but theexample I've seen all have flat reverss mine has a "T"shape a squiggle which could be a female form in profile but could be a bow and a raised are that reminds me of Hercules quiver.
Anyone seen this before?
I think I got it from HJ Berk about four or five years ago but I lost its case and now I'm clueless (who'd believe it).

Thanks for any info,
David S4
