This one is not in a good condition, I can hardly determine anything on the reverse side. Any ideas?

Looks like Valens minted in Siscia 367-375 AD:

Obverse: DN VALEN-S PF AVG   PDC
Reverse: SECVRITAS-REIPVBLICAE, Victory advancing left with wreath and palm branch, ASISC in exergue, star over D in left field, S in right field
Reference: RIC IX Siscia 15b, type xiv, listed as C3 (rather common)

Best regards,
Jan

The best starting point for bronze coins like this one is:

http://www.catbikes.ch/coinstuff/coins-ric.htm

You find excel files with references to most of the common types of bronze coins. There is also a step-by-step guide on the page that will help you learn how to use it.

Best wishes, Jan
