I don't think that's a helmet.  Your coin's likely this one (citation from Isegrim), though I don't have von Aulock to check:

PRO: IONIA
PO : COLOPHON <T>
PZ : Between -490 and -400
 Obverse
VT : HEAD MAN R / APOLLO <ARTEMIS ?(D)>
VA : WREATH LAUREL
 Reverse
RT : ASTRAGALOS / WITHIN / INCUSUM
 Technical details
M  : AR
GEW: 0.31(1)
 Bibliographical references
ZIT: SNG AUL 7903(1) [another example ANS 1998.115.22]

Here's a pictured more archaic example (seller called it "ca late 6th Century BC") from asiaminorcoins.com:

Temper thy haste with sloth -- Taverner / Erasmus.

Thanks for the suggestion, archivum.  In hand, however, it's very clear that the reverse is a corinthian helmet.  The obverse also really reminds me of Apollo on the Philip coins (see the 1/5th tet in my gallery https://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-50616 ).  As a result, I don't think the obverse of the coin you posted matches.

Very similar to Sear 1304 but silver (that's why I assumed it was Macedonian)

I don't have sear vol II, but thought there's a chance it might be there in the hellenistic monarchies section.

If you're really sure that it's a helmet, it's likely this one from Skione:

Archivum,

Thanks so much.  That's exactly it.  Coincidentally enough, I just saw the same coin at HJB.  They have it misattributed as an obol.  Based on the weight, I think it has to be a hemiobol.

Here's their picture and attribution.

Macedonia, Skione, Obol

Obol, Macedonia, Skione, Before 421 BC, 0.33g. BM-1. Obv: Apollo, Rx: Helmet. Fine
