ILYRICUM AR STATER ?

Hello.I have some problems to determinate this ancient silver stater,so any help is wellcome.
My opinon is that should be Ilyricum Dyrhachium AR Stater around 400BC???

It is from Dyrrachion/Dyrrhachium.
Apparently these have a magistrate's name on each side.
I found a mach for the obverse with a different name on the reverse but no match for the reverse an acsearch.info.

it is drachm not stater.Illyria Dyrrhachium 3rd-1st Cent BC, Ceka 197
