I know I've seen a similar reverse while looking up other coins, with the two lines of legend, but I can't for the life of me remember what type of coin this is.

And since I can't make out any of the letters, I figured this was one for the board! (And hopefully an easy one too, for someone who recognizes it!)

On the obverse, there is also what appears to be the letter "A" in the left field.

Hi!

Here is a similar coin from my collection: Constantius II, RIC VIII, Aquileia 193; LRBC 924
The second line is LXXII = 72 (Latin), meaning that originally the Maiorina should weigh 4.54g = 1/72 of a Roman Pound. Was cancelled already before AD 355.
