Nike standing left with arm extended, maybe crowning a ruler? The lower image (obverse) is upside-down, and shows a head left. I'm not sure where it's from.

Here is a new pic. It looks like a crowned head r. The ghost in front of the face may be a double strike?

I didn’t mean to suggest this.
Sorry if I have not been clear with my laconic and dry reply

The aim was to suggest to search among the issues of Tauric Chersonesos.
Therefore, I simply erased a portion of the picture of the reverse of another coin, attributed to Chersonesos, in order to show the similarity with your coin and for enhancing the comparison.
This is why I showed only a half of the coin.

You're right, I was misreading the crown as a collar.
