Plates to Boehringer's Münzen von Syrakus
« on: August 10, 2009, 05:15:05 am »
I need to look at the whole series of obverse dies of Arethusa tetradrachms from about 460 to about 410 BC (i.e., pre-Euainetan, pre-Kimonian, et al.).  Of course, I can order a copy of the book, at least in the Forni reprint, using Interlibrary Loan, but I'd rather consult the original plates on line.
The greatest problems with our on-line sites is that the period that most interests me is that least well served by the CA or acsearch.info or by Wildwinds.  I want to see the whole series once again.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that the plates are on line?
