This one has stumped me, It seems like there is an ive leaf in the center of the 2 victorys. Probably Constantine II

Hi!

This type was only struck for Constans and Constantius II only, not for Constantine II.
obv. CONSTANTI - VS PF AVG.
rev. VICTORIAE DD AVGG Q NN
This type was struck in Trier, Lugdunum, Arles, Aquileia, Rome, Siscias and Thessalonica. I can't read the mint mark. But it seems to be Siscia.
