Silver Denar, Andreas I, Hungary
« on: July 21, 2009, 01:42:16 pm »
I believe this coin was produced during the reign of Andreas I of Hungary (1046-1061 AD). The obverse legend reads "REX ANDREAS," but I am having difficulty with the reverse legend. Is this information correct so far? I have been unable to find this coin, especially with the changes introduced at coin archives:( Any help or additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
