It is a 'petermannchen' of Karl Caspar von der Leyen, Archbishop of Trier 1652-76, struck in Coblenz. The date is 1661.

Obv. St Peter, MONE NO ARGT[?] CONFLV [M]DCLXI round
Rev. Arms, CARL CASP DG ARCH TREV PE AD IB [or IR?]
