Hi Medb

It is a quarter dinar or taro of the Fatimid Al-Mustansir (1036-1094 AD), struck in Sicily.

Unfortunately I'm on holiday at the moment and won't be able to get to my references to give you more information until next Tuesday.

Best wishes

Alan
