Looks to be or maybe the core of a forree. The coin is of trajan with the reverse of a dacian in state of mourning.

A foureƩ is an ancient forgery, a copper coin with a silver plating making it look like a genuine denarius.
There are also foureƩs that were gold-plated to pass for a solidus or an aureus.
