A few days ago I made a report on the same or a similar coin. Mr. Ilya Prokopov commented that is Cast from Lipanoff's prototype. See

Just for fun I followed your link back to the previous link and then followed the link I had provided to the guy's ebay listings. What I got was ANOTHER 'trump' (no apostrophes) with ZERO feedback but having been operational since June of last year.  Scary...
