Your first coin is a half follis of Constans II (641-668), Carthage mint, Sear 1057.
The second one is not Byzantine.

Your Top one in the second picture is Sear  714  I believe :o :-\Revolt of the Heraclii
Carthage mint 608-610 AD

Nice Find if it is. I cordially mention if it is it is a rather rare coin but in your case it looks like it has been badly cleaned and hence greatly diminished in value. I know for myself that I struggle with patience but have found over time when after finding a coin like this that the original patina iwould have been worth the extra time it took to clean. I comment on this only that it has been a struggle for me to learn and hence I pass it on.

Your second coin is a Justin I Pentanummium
Constantinople mint
Sear 75

Cordially

Dear CW

Actually the first one of the second group is not the extemely rare Sear 714  :(
It is Sear 872, Heraclius half follis Carthage mint.
Here is a better example.
(PS It is not clear on Okejos coin, but if Heraclius is bearded-which I do not think-then it is Sear 874)
