Is this Antoninus Pius?

Another AE 26 of 8.4gm. Is it Antoninus Pius and can you help me with its mint place! Thank you all.

Hi Solon!

The date ET BOR means the year 172 of the local era = AD 205/6. So it can't be Antoninus Pius, but the bust looks like Septimius Severus. The coin is from Komana Pontica.

Obverse legend fits better Caracalla than Septimius, though.
