Iulia Domna coin??? ID Needed

Hello, I think that it is an coin from Iualia Domna, but i´m not sure. I cant find a simulair picture of the reverse in the lit.

Yes, it's most likely Julia Domna.  The reverse (upside down) is most likely a snake with four coils, perhaps Thracian or Moesian.  Weight?  Size?

Quite likely Pautalia, and definitely Julia Domna.  The reverse of your coin, right-side-up, I think:
