Help w/ small Monogram coin

I've checked a few of the sites w/ illustrations on monograms incl. the extensive one here on the FORVM and just cannot seem to get a handle on this one. Maybe I'm missing something. Small coin - 11mm. w/ bust facing rt. I suppose it could be barbarous - just not sure. Any ideas on it? Thank you in advance.

Seems a Zeno monogram. You must rotate 90°
