There is a coin of Marcus Aurelius on RPC with a very similar reverse. Eagle standing rt. spreading wings. It is from Galatia. Here is a link to it. It might be place to start.  I looked under:
City; Province; Region Antioch (Colonia Caesarea Antiochia); Galatia; Pisidia    Marcus Aurelius

Hopefully this link will work.

The obverse shows Zeus, not a Roman emperor. I believe your coin is from Tyndaris in Sicily, struck under Roman rule. You can see ...NΔA... from TYNΔAPITAN to the right of the eagle.

Compare to: [DEAD LINK REMOVED BY ADMIN] (the star behind Zeus' head is also visible on your coin).
