Need help please with double facing bust coin - AE 25

I thought this might be Augustus, but I've been unsuccessful in my attempts to figure out who it is. Reverse shows figure standing - rt. arm outstretched,  possibly wearing something on the head. Any ideas on this one?

It may be Nero & Agrippina, RPC 2620, as suggested with less confidence for another coin in this thread, which provides the details and a scan of the plate:

My coin is slightly heavier at 11.2g. Both coins certainly do look alike.
