I do not have an attribution for this.  I also would like to nail down the reverse legend.  Can anyone please help me piece this together?

A.D. 393-423. Æ 16 mm (2.15 g). Cyzicus? DN HONORI-VS PF AVG, Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding shield and spear / Concordia seated facing, holding Victory and scepter; SMK[...](?). RIC - (reverse type listed only for Antioch and Constantinople). VF, green patina, scrape on reverse.
