This AE 19 was found in Tripolis, Libya. Maybe someone can identify the piece?

I guess there is Hegire date:122x..So it's two hundreds years old as we are in 1429 H.

It's a little hard to read but your coin appears to be a modern issue of the Ottoman sultan Mahmud II, 1808-1839, Qustantiniyah (Constantinople) mint, AH 122(3) (AD 1808). If I'm reading Qustantiniyah correctly, it should be listed in the appropriate volume of Krause World Coins under Turkey. The mint and date are only partly legible.
